James & Lucy's Wedding at Hotel du Vin in Tunbridge Wells, Kent - 11th October 2008

A return trip to Hotel du Vin in Tunbridge Wells to bright sunny skies this time. While Lucy got ready upstairs with Lindsay & Claire and an unflappable hair and make-up artist, James hit the bar with James & Stuart and welcomed the guests.

To see their mini slideshow simply click on the image below. To see all of their pictures, once in the slideshow view, click on the shopping basket and when prompted the password is James & Lucy's surname (case sensitive).

Lucy looked beautiful in her dress and I absolutely loved her bouquet. After a couple of shots with her Mum & Dad they headed downstairs and into the gorgeous ceremony room. After a simple service they both walked back down the aisle full of grins and out into the sunshine and a champagne reception. It was lovely to be outside after so many windy and rainy days recently so we took full advantage and did the groups outside. Following this I took James & Lucy on a mini-tour of the gardens and inside the Hotel for some shots of just the two of them. [Huge thanks to Stuart & James for all of their tremendous help during the day - especially with the group photography - they are recipients of the coveted Uncle Ted Award... only the 6th and 7th people to receive this prestigious (!) award in 3 years of weddings]

The Hotel did another great job in turning the room around for their meal & Lucy's Dad, James and the guys all did a fabulous job during their speeches. I'm not sure James was looking forward to his first dance quite as much everyone else, but he was fantastic of course! I left just as everyone was getting really into the sprit of things.

Thanks for looking after me all day - I had a great time. I've seen James & Lucy since their return from honeymoon so apologies for getting this up a little later than planned. Hope you like the slideshow and best of luck with your future together.

P.S. I've had a bit of time to create a draft album and here's a sneak preview:
