Vive la France!

After vowing never to watch the Eurovision Song Contest again I was forced into submission by my friend Nick who reminded me how I used to make him fill in a chart with points for song, performance & outfits... ooops.

So it was payback for him and I have to say he did very well in his predictions. My top three came very low down in the rankings so I've clearly missed out on what makes a good Euro song. I just loved the French entry. It was silly and fun & totally suited the event:

It's France doing exactly what they want to do and not worrying about what the rest of Europe thinks. That's the spirit!

This entry came 19th out of 25 with the UK coming in at 25th. Quelle surprise!
